Kick-start your day with this protein boost. You can use whatever fruit your heart desires!

Ingredients:

·       1 cup skim milk

·       1 scoop Tasteless Protein (Feel Good)

·      ½ cup high protein plain yoghurt

·       1 cup mixed berries

·       5 ice cubes

 

Method:

1.     Dissolve the protein powder in the milk.

2.     Blend the yoghurt, berries and ice cubes until smooth.

3.     Slowly add the dissolved protein powder and mix on low speed until combined.
